Ralphs Pharmacy

I would give this Ralphs Pharmacy a zero if I could!! Even after speaking with the pharmacist manager which was a total disrespectful individual!! They lie to you when they say they can fill your prescriptions, then they don't. They didn't even come close to doing what they say they would do! These pharmacists at this store location doesn't communicate properly with each other and said one thing and did another to me and made me wait days after I had not slept for lack of my medication, which I explained to them this dilemma and I thought I was going to get my medication and never did!! That's after they said they would multiple times!! WHERE DO THEY/YOU GET OFF TREATING PEOPLE LIKE THIS??? It's the worst pharmacy I've ever tried to get my medication through!!! Ever!! ZERO STARS!!!! Good and fresh Not the best customer service

As a customer for nearly 20 years at this pharmacy, the entire staff here is wonderful! Romeo is such a classy and gracious young gentleman, he always remembers my Mom's birthdate when I need to ask for her refills. He truly cares about helping people. Zhanna is another kindhearted and caring pharmacy technician who has a patient's best interests at heart. Olga is also all about patient care and her diligence is impressive: when I call for a refill for my Mom, Olga then suggests other meds that will soon need to be refilled. Such professionalism and grace! Everyone here is so friendly and compassionate: consider yourself fortunate and blessed to be a customer here. :-)

I've been coming to this pharmacy for 2 years and has always been great until they got new management and decided they would not fill my prescriptions. I can not recommend this pharmacy avoid them at all costs.

I’m consistently impressed by the cleanliness of the store, the great deals, and the friendly staff at Ralph’s . But what truly sets them apart is their exceptional sushi selection – it’s hands down the best I’ve ever had! Fresh, delicious, and always a highlight of my shopping experience. Highly recommend checking out their sushi!
