If I could rate this place with a negative number, I would. I walked in already nervous for this surgery, and the ladies checking people in somehow managed to make the whole experience feel like a punishment. I’ve never been to a surgery where the front desk treats you like you personally ruined their day just by existing. I walked in, said “Good morning” like a decent human being, and they ignored me so hard I swear I questioned if I had turned invisible. These ladies act like smiling would physically injure them. Honestly, the vibe was “I hate my job” mixed with “don’t talk to me unless you’re a Starbucks order.” And here’s the comedic part: if you even TRY to match their attitude, they level up from rude to final-boss rude. I just pulled this Dr back up because I need an appt. I forgor to leave a review last year so I will now. Rhe Dr and his PA are excellent. I trust their work, diagnosis, and treatments. Only 4 stars because the wait time is ridiculous. Seems all patients get either am or pm and tgen you just wat, for hours. SUCKS!

Im patient here was referred by Cera Kronkee & has been the best thing. Dr Alhalel is great listens to all your concerns, front desk multitasks and helps with all your needs customer service is great 😌 they’re on top of their things not like others that take forever to send medication to pharmacy.

The front staff is very rude, they always have an attitude for no reason at all. They seem to comfortable with there job. I work as a receptionist myself and would never speak to patients they way they do. No professionalism once so ever.

My Dr visit with Dr Alhalel was smooth my visit was very pleasant when I called about concerns they answered all my questions.
