Raley's Pharmacy

I usually have a pleasent exsperience but i called the pharmacy to say im sending a friend to get my medication And the small man who speaks broken english snapped at me YOU DONT HAVE TO TELL THAT FRIEND IS PICKING UP YOUR MEDS ! i tried to ask if just anyone can pick up my meds then ? ( which is news to me ?) And he kept cutting .me off over an over - seemed really mad or distraught maybe - very strange cause usually raleys has people with Some Manners but not that day - iv worked with the public in retail an i would be let go talking disrespecfully to the public like that And its always Best to leave your personal problems at Home - iv shopped at Raleys since 1985 an this is the first time i got disrespect there - they sure need that nice guy Andrew - whos Always pleasant to answer phone

Had my prescriptions sent their for years. Most of the pharmascists are unfriendly. It's usually very busy and I always have to wait. Last time their was a new pharmacist he was super nice and friendly. He had an accent but no name tag wish I knew his name so I could tell the company he was great addition to the pharmacy. There is a young man who works the counter he is super nice he always compliments my nails he is also great and friendly.

I love Raleys, but prices are sometimes double what Walmart is, which is right next door. Pharmacy: there is an older women that is quit rude. I try to avoid her. Most times it takes 24 hours to get a prescription filled, even tho your doctor referenced urgent. The deli has great food, and the cashiers are very pleasant. set requirements on employees in the Pharmacy PLEASE! Maybe rearrange or change the pharmacy procedures.

I usually only go to Yreka pharmacy but Rayles always has my son's meds. The receptionist (female older lady) is so very rude every month. She sounds like she has a smokers talk. The male is polite. Maybe she should get some tips from him.

I live in Texas and was in the area for about a month. I have a medical condition that requires me to have to self catheter sometimes. My doctor office had to call Raley’s pharmacy department 4 different times over a two weeks period in order to get them to to fill the meds I need correctly. nothing like have to catheter yourself with out pain releasing lube.
