I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Megan Hays and the entire team at Evergreen Family Dentistry. After a truly horrible experience with a previous (male) dentist, I was extremely anxious and honestly scared to ever go back to the dentist. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Hays made me feel safe, heard, and completely at ease. She is incredibly kind, personable, and compassionate, and she takes the time to explain things without ever making you feel rushed or judged. Her calm presence and genuine care made a world of difference for me, and for the first time in a long time, I felt comfortable in the dental chair. I truly can’t say enough about how incredible this office is. I’ve been a patient since I was extremely little with Dr. Willis and now am thrilled to have Dr. Hayes as my dentist. The hygienists and assistants have been there for years. There is an overall ambiance of kindness, compassion, and helpfulness in everyone I’ve seen. I always look forward to going in (even when it’s for the not as fun procedures!). I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. You are truly in great hands with Evergreen Family Dental!

I was dropped as a patient after leaving a message to ask to reschedule an appointment. Instead of notifying me that if I were to reschedule, I would need to find a new dentist, they instead canceled the appointment without telling me, and dropped me as a patient altogether. If there had been ANY communication about that, maybe I'd be more understanding. But to cancel the appointment outright without calling me back is unacceptable. I didn't ask to cancel the appointment, it was done WITHOUT my permission.

Excellent place to have your dentistry needs met! This is the only dentist office I have gone to for my entire life and wouldn't change a thing. The entire staff is amazing, Kim is very kind and knowledgeable, I love it when I get to work with her. Dr. Megan Hays is also a pleasure to have and makes the whole experience fun. So grateful to find an office that feels more like home! The staff is amazing! So friendly, caring and great conversation. We cracked jokes, laughed and I didn’t even feel like I was at the dentist. I will continue seeing them because of my great experience. They play music, have TV’s in the rooms and it’s very clean. Looking forward to my next visit even though I need a crown. Best advice: don’t wait, make an appointment if you have a tooth issue. Thank you ladies for making me feel so comfortable.
