Raley's Pharmacy

The pharmacist with the employee number 7008 on the top of the receipt is impatient and has a BAD attitude. 0 out of 10 stars if I could.

I really like Raley's pharmacy in Lodi. Like many pharmacies, you need to stay on top of RX prices but the staff is not rude and the pharmacist is ALWAYS very helpful & friendly. This pharmacy lets me use coupons, pay cash or even use the in-house prices to help me get the best price for my meds.

Kenny Han, the pharmacist at the Lodi store, decided he knew more than my wifes doctor and refused to fill her prescription. He has never seen her in a professional capacity, has never seen her CT scans, has never seen her in an office visit for her chronic pain. All he sees is the prescription, which was prescribed and confirmed by her doctor. I called Raleys Customer Service and they told me a Pharmacy Supervisor would call us back, but it could take 24 hour or more. This pharmacy is the rudest most gatekeeping pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I suggest of you are looking for a pharmacy, do not use Raley's. I will also be shopping somewhere else. If Raleys allows it's pharmacy to do this to customers, what do it say about Raleys. There are other stores that have better prices and better

Can't speak for the store. But I will never return to their establishment because the absolute horrible customer service received by the main guy who answers the phone. Told me 3 different days when medication would be ready and when I called to verify, he tells me he never talked to me and his whole attitude changed for the worst and when I pointed it out. He doubled down on how he was right.

Whats the difference between God and Kenny Ham, the Pharmacist at Raleys on South Lower Sacramento Road in Lodi?? God doesn't think He's a Pharmacist. Yes. You have a pharmacist with a god problem. Kenny Han thinks he's God's gift to medicine. Refused to fill a prescription today for me. It was from the Lodi Adventist ER. So now I have to make a special trip to the ER (they charge you for that, you know) and get someone there to write it for something that maybe Kenny will FEEL LIKE FILLING... HE CAN BE REPLACED BY A PIXIS . A MACHINE CAN DO KENNY'S JOB WHICH HE GETS OVER 100K A YEAR TO DO. If you have a Rx, go somewhere else. This is not the first time (it is for me) but I'll NEVER GO TO RALEYS AGAIN.
