If I could give zero I would. I called today b/c my Rx was recently switched to this location and instead of helping me the pharmcist flat out said I had nothing and I needed to call my doctor. Well I knew thats not true b/c the pharamcy called me last week saying they got my Rx. So I had to give my info again b/c she rudely x'd my profile and thought she was done with me. OH you found that you do have my Rx but now its rejecting for refill too soon. How can that be when I never picked up my Rx when you called me about it a week ago. The pharmacist LOVES to hear her own voice. She just talked talked and talked instead of actively listening to the patient/customer and she pushed it off on everyone else except Raleys. I asked to speak to someone else b/c she wouldn't stop talking and kept ma

Transferred my medications here because I recently moved to this area. They were helpful with calling me back and explaining the transfer process, and explaining the side effects of a new medication I was put on. Very reasonably priced and friendly.

Maybe it's the power? I've had the same Dr and rx for the last year. I never had any issues getting my rx filled until nov 6th, when I had my Dr send my rx to this Raleys. Apparently, my Dr having offices in SF and LA makes my rx unfillable at this Raleys, which is weird considering that my daughter, who attends UCLA had her out of town rx's filled there all summer. Regardless, it is unacceptable to discriminate against customers based on their insurance situation or housing conditions. It is unacceptable to create fake rules or guidelines in order to flex authority over others. You're a pharmacy, you're supposed to help take care of others. I've escalated to corporate and am working on who to contact at state level. No more of this

The most unhelpful Pharma I have EVER had to deal with. Pulling ALL my families prescriptions out! Do NOT recommend! In fact, I am NOT shopping here again either. Safeway! Here we come!
