Citrus Heights Vet Center

I want to start off by saying that this place has been a blessing to my husband and our family. We love Sal. He is a one of a kind person. I thank God for his place and Sal. I do not understand nor agree with the negative feedback we have had the opposite. Never have had a problem there. We appreciate the Vet Center. Thank you for all that you guys do.

I took time off from work to participate in their required orientation in order to get counseling services. After standing around (no place to sit, overbooked) for 45 minutes from the scheduled start time, it became obvious that they are not there to service working veterans. They are there only to help those who are looking to play the system, not work, and wear sweat clothes all day. If you want coffee and to sit around a chit-chat, this place is for you. Get there in the middle of the day because they close early and don't work weekends.

I drove into the parking lot 3 or 4 times before I actually went inside. Once I went in, I was treated with respect and compassion. I HIGHLY recommend any veteran check out the valuable resources available through this center.

Wow we’re do I start!! All the staff are so amazing! They are very courteous and professional. They are really there to help the Veterans from all services and all time frames!! Thanks for all you have done for me!
