Raleigh Radiology-Oberlin

Great experience at Raleigh Radiology-Oberlin. The staff was kind, professional, and very organized from check-in to finish. My appointment started on time, everything was clearly explained, and they made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. The facility is clean, modern, and well-managed. Highly recommend!

Jennifer was amazing. I was extremely nervous coming in for my appointment and she took away all of my anxiety with her warm energy and cheerfulness. She was very kind and funny(which is a big plus!) I also would like to show my appreciation for the lady at the front desk who was very kind annd able to switch my appointment to this location after I drove to the wrong one! Overall a great experience, thank you both so much

This was one of the most positive experiences I have had within the US healthcare system (including specialists, primary care, dental, and eye care, among others). Specifically, this experience was made excellent by the technician who ran my ultrasound -- I believe her name was Jennifer, though I may be mistaken -- She created an environment that was kind, supportive, and at ease. She was happy to pause and answer questions that I had about the tools and process, did not make me feel rushed in any way, made me laugh multiple times throughout the process, and had a truly wonderful presence in the room that made the visit exceptional on all fronts. I will specifically choose to have imaging done at this location (Oberlin) and, if possible, by her for any and all future imaging I need done

Radiologist was great, however, I made an appointment for 8:00 a.m. Instructions were to arrive 5 minutes before my appointment which I did. The door was locked. It seemed to automatically unlock at 8:00 a.m. There was no receptionist until 8:07. I didn’t have the forms filled out until 8:15.🤷‍♀️

They asked me to come early then let me wait in the lobby for 30 minutes while the wifi is extremely slow. The management can be improved.
