Customer Reviews
I would like to commend Raleigh Radiology for the excellent care and customer service I’ve received, especially from three outstanding staff members. Last December, I went in for a bone density test and screening mammogram and was informed at check-in that my bone density order had expired and needed to be rescheduled. While I wasn’t contacted ahead of time, I understood it was ultimately my responsibility. What stood out was how professionally and kindly the situation was handled. Malia at the front desk was incredibly professional, calm, and compassionate, her kindness made a potentially frustrating situation easy to handle. Suzy, who performed my mammogram, was exceptional. She was thorough, confident, and clearly very experienced. After many years of mammograms, I can honestly say sh
I almost never write reviews, but I wanted to make sure to shout out this office and give them the recognition they deserve. This office staff was awesome and worked with me when there seemed to initially be some confusion. The man checking me in was very kind and compassionate, which I really appreciated. The technicians and doctors were respectful, caring and professional. I was able to ask the doctor who was preforming my exam for my results and left knowing how the exam went. I got there early, but was called back on time and left 30 minutes later. I would highly recommend!
I arrived on time, checked in, and was taken back for annual mammogram almost immediately. While taking the images I experienced a blood sugar drop and passed out. The technician immediately went into action. She first got me a sweet snack. But it took a while to kick in. The I tried to get up to finish the rest but it got worse. Then I had two technicians and a nurse, taking my BP, applying cool compress and talking to me. Eventually the situation passed, they finished the mammogram and I sat in waiting room for 45 minutes, to make sure I was okay to drive. In all the confusion, I can’t remember the names but I’m very grateful for the kindness and professional actions. Please extent my gratitude to the staff involved. Thank you.
Edit: I got a call today from a very helpful woman (I apologize for forgetting her name) who works patient relations. She figured out the issue and resolved it quickly. She was professional and made sure I had everything I needed. I'm adding a star thanks to her, specifically. It shouldn't have taken several days and multiple failed attempts to reach someone who could help, but once I found the person I needed things went smoothly. Thank you! Appointment was quick and went smoothly. Staff were professional and efficient. However, I continue to be unable to access my patient portal and have had a very difficult time connecting to a human via the phone, let alone anyone able to assist. The phone system is unefficient and frustrating, as is the fact that nobody seems to know why I continue t
I have always had a good experience with the staff and seen very quickly. But, it's completely ridiculous that we have to pay a subscription to view our OWN images. We already have to pay insane insurance and copay fees and now we have to pay even more just to have our own images. I hope they get rid of this and just post the images to MyChart like every other medical practice does. That's my only complaint of the practice.
