While some women celebrate hitting 50 with a huge party, I decided to Celebrate my milestone by getting braces. This is when i consulted with Dr Lee at RFO in early 2023. After a thorough explanation of my options, I chose the path of Invisilign instead of the traditional metal braces and thus began my journey. Throughout the 2.5yrs years my visits with Dr Lee were always a welcoming experience. The practice itself is immaculate, the staff so warm and welcoming and as for Dr Lee, she is a pure Gem. Her knowledge and expertise are not debatable. My journey extended 6more months beyond the projected date and I concluded my journey in Aug 2025. But as the sign says at the front desk, "Trust the Process" and so I did. I trusted Dr Lee and Dr Neill who would filled in as Dr Lee became a mama

I had a permanent retainer for years, it broke and I got it fixed in GA. I moved to Raleigh from GA afterwards and it broke again. I came to Raleigh Family Ortho because of all the positive reviews. I've been out of braces for 10+ years now and have gone through multiple wire retainers and a permanent. Dr. Lee showed me the problems with the previous work I had done and informed me that if it was reglued, it would come off again due to plaque build up. My gums were suffering and I wasn't able to floss due to the way my retainer was set. She was able to give me several options, worked with me on my budget and got me set with a new retainer that I only have to wear at night now. Dr. Lee is the nicest person I have ever met. She's also an expert at what she does. I got the Invisalign treatment, and they have in house financing so after the down payment, it was around a hundred bucks a month. It made the procedure easy on me and my wallet.
