Raleigh Dental...Drs. James Whitley and William Benson

My family has been seeing Dr. Whitley and Dr. Benson (when he joined the practice) for over 18 years. They are both excellent dentists. The staff is super friendly which makes the office great to visit. We've always been seen promptly for our appointments. Very little waiting. They also accommodate emergency visits during the day, night, and weekends. Which is important when you have something going on and need to be seen immediately. I can't say enough about their office. So happy we found them.

Sometimes you don't truly appreciate your situation until you move away. I knew Dr. Whitley was an excellent dentist for the 20+ I used his practice, but I didn't realize how superior his office staff was until I got to Florida. I've been through 5 dentists here (a story for another time) and Denise should open a consulting firm here to show them how a staff should operate.

I cracked a tooth at about 9:30 AM and I was in the dentist chair getting taken care of by 11:30 AM. The staff are great and they take excellent care of their patients!

I become more and pleased each time I visit this dentist. Dr. Benson and his assistant, Lindsey, are pleasant yet professional. At each step of the way they are careful to explain what they have done and what will come next. Even while having a tooth filled I felt NO pain. I really appreciate the practicality of this team. Instead of trying to "sell" you on lots of expensive procedures, they work with you to understand what is possible along with all the pros and cons. This office is awesome!

My dental hygienist was AMY, she did a fantastic job. I haven't been for a cleaning in a long time. Amy got everything looking good. I highly recommend her.
