Rajiv Badal, O.D.

I am so impressed with Dr Badal, he patiently explains everything to me and has worked so hard in getting a correct fit for my scleral lens. I highly recommend him, his love of his work in caring for his patients is quite something!

I made my appointment for mid morning thinking there would not be a wait. I arrived 15 minutes early and waited 55 minutes to be seen by the technician. Once the process started, it was fairly timely and I liked Dr Badal. However, I fail to understand why it takes almost an hour for the technician to call you back to begin the eye test and then dilate your eyes.

Dr Badel was very nice, answered my questions and was very thorough.

My experience was good , I have no complaint, so far everyone was very helpful .

Doctor was great really liked him. However I had to wait over an hour to see him and was about to freeze to death before I did. Doctor was well dressed, spoke in terms I understood and didn’t rush my time with him. So besides the long wait and freezing cold office all went well.
