Raintree Urgent Care - Lee's Summit, MO

20 minutes late to our appointment. We were there for 1.5 hour once the appointment started for two simple adjustments.

Not recommended! We were charge US$1,161 for 2 visit! Highly expensive and not worth the service! Xray result wasn’t given and prescribed antibiotic for my son and wasn’t helpful! Beware of their service! Resident doctor wasn’t really helpful. Its a complete waste of time and money!!! Not even 1 star should be given!

Absolutely terrible! I set up an urgent care appointment for 10:00 today. I received a confirmation text stating I was all set and to log on 10 minutes before. I got on at 9:50 and waited until 10:45. No one came on. I called them and while I was on hold I received a text that my appointment was canceled. This was at 10:50. The lady returned and said she was sorry but there were no more appointments today but that she could get me on the schedule for tomorrow. I am so confused and not feeling well. I would have just gone in but I have a baby. Not cool. Waste of my time and now I have to find another place and wait there. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

Fiance went to the clinic at 6pm and was told there was already one patient there and that would take the remaining hour they were open. No one waiting and one patient but turned away an urgent care patient. Update your website if you're going to refuse patients after 6pm.

Was seen a this clinic minutes after breaking my ankle in several places. Team was extremely kind and attentive, got me back right away. I really appreciated their friendliness. Office is clean, organized. Took my insurance and copay. There were some funny things about the visit worth mentioning though. They had no way to splint my ankle... no ace wrap, no splinting material. They told me that I need to get my ankle splinted, and that I need to get that from an ER. Urgent care office that can’t splint? Also, I’m not sure what the standard procedure is for treating pain at these types of clinics, but at no point did they offer me anything for pain. I was writhing. Like worst pain I can remember being in, and could have used some Motrin or something. An aspirin, an NSAID... something. Th
