Dr Karli was very efficient. I needed better advanced hearing aids. Questions were answered. Options given. Knowledge from the hearing test is important to choose the correct ones. Explaining people did not need to talk loudly, but to face me at a close distance has made a big difference. Cleaning my ears was helpful. I hear so much better.

This was a very pleasant experience. Abby was so helpful and informative. And then when I got to the audiologist, I can’t remember her name. She was amazing. Explained everything. I feel well informed and would absolutely recommend this place.

My Audiologist Emilee did a great job explaining my hearing loss to me. She was very knowledgeable about my hearing loss condition and explained how it affects my daily life. And she also did an excellent job programming my hearing aids, they have never worked better. Everyone in the front office was extremely courteous and polite and assisted me with the process of checking in. I would recommend Hearing and Balance to anyone that has hearing problems.

I take my 94 year old mother-in-law to Hearing and Balance. All of the staff here are professional, kind, patient and super friendly. She always enjoys her visit and receives excellent hearing care.

I had been trying to get my hearing evaluated for some time but unable due to insurance. Got on new insurance and they were able to get me in the following day on a cancellation. Dr Reichert was super knowledgeable and helpful. All around top notch experience!!
