Raintree Pediatrics Walk In Clinic

I wanna say thank you to Dr Martin and staff at Rain tree location. Both my sons have been seeing Dr Martin for years. She is a great doctor really cares about her patients. I highly recommend her. Will forever been seen by her.

I have been taking my son to Raintree Pediactrics ever since he was a few months old. Dr. Martin is wonderful! My son has had a wide range of health issues over the years and she has been so helpful and knowledgeable with each one. When my son was diagnosed with autism, she listened patiently to all of my questions and concerns and was very helpful. Doctors typically stress my son out, but he is always very comfortable with Dr. Martin.

We have been going here since our 4 yr son was born and have been seeing Dr Sauer for our appointments and she has been great. Today we took advantage of the walk in clinic and Dr. Valerie saw us. She was also incredible. Great bedside manner, very friendly and took a genuine interest even listening to our son tell her stories and show her pictures on dad’s phone and never once seeming rushed. Also, very worth noting, is that the front desk staff was MUCH friendlier than they have been over the years. And this was always an issue for us. It seems they have done some weeding and it shows in a pleasant way. Thank you for taking care of us and getting us in immediately.

Ive gone here for 7 years with my children and today I had to walk out of a doctor's appointment for the first time in my life. Almost an hour and a half after our scheduled time, we are in a room still waiting and had never seen the doctor. I stood outside the room to wait for a nurse and after 15 minutes saw nobody and walked out with my child to find the waiting room FULL (it was empty when we arrived). Patient abandonment is not ok.

Always trying to squeeze us in last minute for walk-in's. Just take a while waiting sometimes. Try to be understanding when kids aren't feeling good/themselves.
