Front desk Secretary is EXTREMELY unprofessional! She lacks basic customer service skills. This use to be an awesome dental office, but now it's just horrible. They will book you an appointment for 8:30, and not even be there to open their own office until 9:15 then heffah at the receptionist desk would have the audacity to get an attitude when you ask her why are they booking clients before they even open. Over 20yrs and I won't be back.

Had an appointment after waiting for 45 minutes the receptionist comes and ask did I have an appointment there and what was it for l. I told her a cleaning. She said that’s not how that work. Well I’m telling you what I called to get an appointment for. The dentist is who I made the appointment with can I speak to her. She responded that’s not how that work while rolling her eyes just being nasty. I repeated that’s not what the dentist told me on the phone. She responded well that’s what I’m here for and I’m telling you that you can’t get a cleaning today you have to get an exam 1st then we can schedule you a cleaning. I have been going here since I was a small child never had an issue. Dr.Rainge you need to get her out your office. The receptionist is very unprofessional got smart with

Went to her years back worked traveling I had a gap the military inserted a single bridge beautiful for 10 years. One day it fell out. Needed it inserted back right away Rainge took me in. She told me there was a better way to fix the problem never stating how she was going to fix the problem. This lady filed my perfect 2 front teeth down to do a triple bridge. I hated the way it made me look could not get a date for over 3 years. I went to a thief dentist they told me they usually don’t say you should have sued her, yet they did. If anything she should have gave me braces instead going to that extreme. That lady messed my mouth up for life. The VA has been trying to fix her mess 2 times have to do it again still not right. Wanted to sue wS told to stand in line. Lots of people

This place has went completely down hill. I was told that I would get a call back from them, and 1 week passes by. I call them to let them know that I have yet to receive a call, the lady tells me “well the lady must have been busy I have a patient in front of me now I can’t schedule you an appointment yet, we’ll have to give you a call.” This place hasn’t been the same since Tasha left she had this place completely up and running. The lady at the front desk customer service now isn’t worth a damn thing.

The person who works the desk now needs to be fired. My family never had issues with Dr Rainges office until today came. She never called to say your insurance never popped up, or what type insurance did you say you have etc. I called today because my appt was today and i couldnt go to the dentist. Fire this lady Dr Rainge bc she will have your dentist office going down hill and lose many of your clients. This office is not for someone who just wants a check but it needs someone who care for the people as Dr Rainge do. Have a great day
