Raincross Urgent Care

There was no wait, check in was fast, and staff was helpful, doctor was in just a minute after nurse checked vitals. The place was clean and staff was nice. I do recommend in case of need of urgent care. I would have to wait for a month to see my doctor, very convenient.

I had a very good experience going to Raincross Urgent Care. I was on my way to another Urgent Care and I remember Rainctoss. I am so glad I did. Wes is excellent. And the staff is friendlly. I recommend Raincross Urgent care for your immediate medical needs.

This urgent care is amazing! Everyone was caring, helpful and kind, from the front desk to the doctors. I was in pain and looking for an urgent care, saw the sign and went in. I will definitely go back there when I need urgent care and differently recommend.

I will never go to another Urgent Care. Service at Raincross was fast and efficient. I literally had no wait time. I had a follow up and just walked in and literally no wait time again. I almost hate to post this review because people will find this Urgent Care treasure. The place was clean and I loved the staff. They were helpful and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Miles is great, great bedside manner.

Coming from the likes of Kaiser and their urgent care, this was a dream. Very few patients, though quite smaller waiting room. Dr Wesley Tolles was very comforting and attentive. Staff was also very friendly and attentive.
