Been seeing doctor Firme for 17 years. I was coming here before having children of my own. We have always had great visits with him. He’s always patient and understanding with us. I like that he is very helpful when explaining things and answers all of our questions

Extremely disappointed and upset. My daughter failed her vision test and was supposed to get a referral to a specialist. I was told by the office staff that they’d submit a request to my insurance. Today, one week later, I call in for an update since I never heard back, only to find out nothing has been submitted. When asked why nothing had been done, I was told it’s because it hasn’t been done yet. Ok, great. That is extremely unprofessional and lazy. Thank goodness I called and asked for an update. The doctor is really friendly and knowledgeable, but he might need to replace his staff.

Do not recommend. This facility is dirty. The waiting room was unswept and there were cobwebs/spider webs under the chairs. Walls and chairs need wiped down. The doctor is extremely pushy regarding jabs. If you choose to not jab your child, I would recommend finding another doctor.

Awesome pediatrician. It's always easy to get an appointment and he knows what he is doing. I highly recommend Rainbow Pediatrics.
