I absolutely love this clinic. They don’t over book so wait times are not ever more than 30 minutes on a busy day. If you don’t have an appointment they have walk in hours in the morning and afternoon for sick visits. And the walk in time is also not a long wait. Dr. Lau is very professional and very kind. My children feel comfortable with her and safe in her care every visit we have with her. Her staff is also very friendly and professional. I’ve never had an issue here. I highly recommend this clinic.

I normally don't write reviews because most of the time I just don't find the time to do it. But in this case I'm taking a moment cause this clinic and its staff deserves it. Front desk assistant is super nice and welcome and she is always very patient with my 6 months old baby girl (who by the way 🙄is always scared and cries all the time) Dr Lau goes above and beyond. She not only takes the time to actually talk to you, but she also empathizes with you. Her patient care is amazing. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. I love this place.And most importantly, as first time mom, I have lots of questions which she always answers. I just want to add that I prefer this kind of private clinic with a doctor that actually cares for my baby's health and well-being. I just want to say thank you.

I had a horrible pediatrician the first 8 months of my baby’s life and that’s what forced me to look elsewhere. I looked on google and found this place & when i called, the customer service had me at their door the next day!! I literally recommended dr lau to all of my family and friends because her and her staff are amazing. Ive never left that clinic upset or unsatisfied with any of my kid’s visits. My kid is now a toddler & anytime she gets hurt at home, she immediately says “call dr lau.” See most kids hate going to the dr but now my little one loves loves lovesssss hers! As far as the staff, they are always welcoming and smile the entire time. Im not sure where the negative comments are coming from! Best pediatrician everrrrrrrr

Yes, I recommend. Everyone has so much love and care for my baby 🍼 Staff are friendly and professional. I love how Dr. Lisa L. Is so warm and loving with my baby. She absolutely cares so much about the health and growth of my little one. She welcomes me like family and She is extremely educated and professional. From a mother to another I absolutely recommend ❤️

Highly recommend Dr. Lisa Lau, she is so caring and attentive and a good listener. She is available and easy to reach. Making appointments is no hassle and she lets you know she is there when you need her. My son was experiencing hives and she has been so helpful during this time calling and asking how he is. She has earned out trust and I would recommend her to anyone. She honestly is the best. Better than those big hospitals that just brush you off and treat you like your not important. Dr. Lau cares. And her practice is a very clean place and she has a good receptionist that does her job.
