My daughter was seen by Lori today at Rainbow Children’s Clinic, and she was amazing. She was patient, kind, and very attentive. She made us feel comfortable and really took her time to help. We truly appreciate her care and professionalism. Thank you for having such a great team member!

Love set up to divide sick from well. All the Staff is courteous & polite. The Doctors have great listening skills. Pharmacy is next door, they're polite too with treats while waiting for meds. We travel 25miles for their great care.

Dr. Christina is hands-down the absolute best doctor I’ve ever seen in my life. I have been taking my kids to her for the past 10 years and I refuse to allow my children to see anyone else. I have an autistic six-year-old who also refuses to see any other doctor except Dr. Christina because he loves her so much. So caring, attentive, and just hands down an amazing person.

I am very disappointed with the care my three children received during their recent sick visit. After explaining their symptoms multiple times—first to the medical assistant and then again directly to the PCP, Hui Huan—it did not seem like my concerns were taken seriously. When I later reviewed the portal notes, I was surprised and frustrated to see that some of the symptoms I clearly described were documented as denied. This facility appears to schedule more children than can reasonably be managed at the pace of the appointments. The staff often seem rushed and inattentive to important details, which can make a significant difference in a child’s health and proper diagnosis. Additionally, the checkout experience today was very unprofessional. The front desk staff member seemed disengage

This doctor has a nice building and it’s pretty decorated. However, the thing that annoys the most for my family and I, is the ghastly and tedious wait time to get attended both in the waiting room and in the doctor’s office. Every time we come, we wait at least an hour to been seen by the doctor. (And that’s when there isn’t even a lot of people) We always feel like we have been forgotten due to the long wait. We have also been treated with very rude staff which has made the past experiences even more unpleasant. I feel like all they are trying to do is take our money and we don’t receive any good service for it.
