To start off, Raena’s greeting to me was cold and uninviting. I went in as a new patient for my first annual exam in many years after having a very traumatic experience with another procedure. I also confided in Raena about other issues. She was rude, judge mental and insensitive. Basically everything I said she rolled her eyes, smirked, or pointed out that I clearly knew nothing, instead of simply educating in a professional manner. During my exam I had a panic attack, while crying and hyperventilating, due to my past. She just sat there while I apologized. Didn’t ask if I was okay - nothing.
