Rady Children’s Urgent Care is truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, every single staff member made us feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for during what can be a very stressful time for parents and children. A huge shout-out to the medical assistants for being kind, patient, and so attentive—they made the intake process smooth and helped put my child at ease right away. The nurses were absolutely amazing: compassionate, thorough, and incredibly reassuring, taking the time to explain everything clearly and never making us feel rushed. Dr. Keni was beyond helpful during a really stressful situation! The entire team immediately recognized how serious my son’s dislocated arm was and they made sure he was seen immediately, promptly ordered X-rays, and clearly explained every step along the way. The entire team was caring, attentive, and took the time to address our concerns while treating my toddler with so much compassion. We are very grateful for the quick and thoughtful care we received and would absolutely recommend them.

I had an excellent experience at this pediatric urgent care today. I was able to book an appointment easily and we did not have to wait long at all. The front office staff was kind and welcoming, and the nurse was incredibly caring and patient with my son. While we were there, my son began showing some alarming symptoms, and the nurse immediately got the doctor, who came in right away. The doctor was extremely thorough, calm, and kind to both my son and me during a very stressful moment. I truly appreciated how seriously they took his symptoms and how they made sure he was okay before sending us home. I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names—I was very worried about my son—but I am so grateful to every staff member who was working today. I highly recommend this place and am so thankfu

Our grandson came in tonight needing a possible x-ray of his arm. The front desk people could not have been nicer! They checked us in quickly and even put on the movie Toy Story because they saw his Buzz Lightyear toy he was holding. This helped calm him down while we waited. The waiting room was clean and brightly decorated. The nurse and doctor were awesome, and helped diagnose the issue and fix his arm. It was a 10/10 experience, and we are thankful for the staff that was working tonight! Thank you!!

I would not recommend this urgent care for your little one. I have been there 3 times, one back to back. On the first then second illness the doctor has misdiagnosed my child. They do not give you the time of day while you are there, the Dr comes in and without wanting to talk things over with you, they are short then they come up with an opinion and send you home with a written care packet. I got zero good feelings about this one doctor on all 3 visits. My child coughed while the doctor was in the room and she gave us a disgusted look because my 16 month old wasn’t covering her mouth. My child was sick that’s why we’re at urgent care and yeah they do not know how to cover their mouths that young so I am sorry but if you are choosing to be a children’s doctor that is the name of the game.
