The nurses are pretty snotty. The doctor herself just goes in and out before you can even ask your questions. Both my boys did not like her at all. Also I needed an ENT doctor for my tonsils they were supposed to refer me too and its been 2 months with continuous calls to them. Now they have randomly dropped me as a patient so now I need to find a new doctor. Definitely not a good place.

I don't enjoy being treated like an inconvenience when I'm not at fault. An appt was scheduled for me approximately 3-4 weeks ago for a follow up. The nurse said the latest they could schedule me was for 4:15p. I explained that I would be in Camillus for work until 4pm and it would take me about 20-25 minutes to drive there. I was told that day, in person, to get there as soon as I could and they would still see me. Guess what didn't happen? I arrived at approx 4:26pm and was turned away by the lady at the front desk. She stated "We have a 15 minute rule" pretty snottily, as if I were the problem for arriving late. I responded "Well since it is technically only 11 minutes late can't they still see me? They knew I was going to be late since they scheduled this appt". Then she had the nerve

The only reason I continue to go here for “care” is because it’s hard to find a different place that will take my insurance that is also accepting new patients. I asked the doctor here for a psychiatrist referral and she didn’t give me one. This place should be your last resort.

I went to the Radisson Health Care Center to receive a sonogram procedure and it was hey easy and efficient environment. To visit and clean and didn't have to wait long

the place is very clean staff are very friendly overall very good experience for laser hair removal
