Baldwinsville Family Dental

I was referred to Dr. Burke for oral surgery with IV sedation. When I had my consultation, everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Burke and his staff were very welcoming. Dr. Burke explained everything to me so I would know what to expect from them and what I would need to do so I was prepared for procedure. Barb was great with me on communication when it came to billing as I have 2 dental insurances. Barb also called a few days before and explained everything again, answered all my questions. On day on procedure, staff was very accommodating and reviewed post surgery instructions to my husband. Thank you Dr. Burke and staff.

Edit: after I posted this review I have been discharged from the practice. Imagine telling your dentist you’ve been misinformed and that makes you uncomfortable, you decline your treatment plan and instead of reassurance, you get discharged. Not one time did I cuss, yell or get mad (Dr. Sam did though)After years I’ve going here, I just left this dental office for the last time. I’m a nurse, I’ve been exposed to various professional settings from aesthetic offices to the emergency room. Baldwinsville Family Dental tops off anything I’ve ever seen as far as lack of professionalism, lack of communication, disregard for patient health and wellbeing. I’ve had serious red flags come from this office over the years and continued to try and allow them to redeem themselves and they have never been

Very professional and caring team. Up-to-date and high class equipment. Super friendly staff that really cares about their patients. Always helpful on the phone. So glad to be a patient with them.

I have gone to roughly 6 different dental practices in my 55 years of life. I can’t even begin to express how Baldwinsville Family Dental is absolutely amazing. My son and I have been going there regularly for five years now. I am always impressed by their professionalism and friendliness. I have never been happier with a business than I am with this practice.

I can't say enough about them. From the receptionist to checking out their professionalism is top notch. Nobody likes going to the dentist but they put you at such ease it's not a tense visit. I would recommend them to anyone.
