Had a 3-D breast imaging done at this location. They have a third-party billing agency (RSI, RCM) that does not do their job. Maybe they should hire a new collection agency to collect on their bills. It is not the patient’s responsibility to call the insurance company to see why things aren’t covered. It is your billing department job to call the insurance company to see why things aren’t covered.

Received a bill from them told me that if I was approved with a hospital that financial aid would take care of almost $200 of my bill but I needed to pay the rest of it, so I paid it. Received another bill from them called him back told him about what happened last phone call they told me yes no problem that go ahead and will keep waiting because I didn’t receive anything from Mosaic and they promised me my bill will not be sent to collections told me I needed to call after every bill, didn’t receive another bill received a collections notice called them this morning only to find out that they have repeatedly sent me letters which never happened the lady told me they did after they checked with Mosaic to figure out that it was denied (which I did not know about until just recently because

I have taken it upon myself to contract the three credit bureaus the hospital and next will be the Attorney General. And they refuse to take the stuff that's already been paid by my insurance and my medicare off my report.

This group of physicians is NOT a participating provider in the Ambetter Network. Ambetter is the only health insurance available to working/retired people in this area through the Affordable Care Act. Beware if you have a women's wellness preventive care visit at Mosaic that your doctor will use this radiology group to read the patient's mammography images and the patient will be charged for the services because this group is an out-of-network provider. I was not informed of this when I made my appointment, but later found out after I received a bill!

I cannot count the number of times that we have requested that the radiologist be part of our insurance and they were not and we are stuck with the bill. I never get a bill and they turn me over for collections. If I had any choice I would NOT use them!
