Due to my dental anxiety, I delayed dental treatment until the pain became unbearable. I experienced severe pain in my lower right jaw over the holiday weekend, and unfortunately, I endured it until Monday when I could see my dentist. Because of the delay, my dentist referred me to Dr. Bryce Szczepanik at St. Joe Endo. Upon entering the office, I was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness and organization. It was a very welcoming environment, especially considering I had been in significant pain for eight to ten days. The staff was fantastic. DO NOT GO HERE! Everyone was so cheery to me on my first visit to receive three root canals. The two side by side didn't feel right after the first couple of weeks. Called back to have him look at it again and Tracy wasn't nearly as friendly. It took him two minutes to take an xray and say "all is good" but you do realize I don't clean out all of the decay, it's not my pay grade!" Less than a year later I now need a front top bridge because of mass infection. Yes I did go to the dentist a month after my root canals.

I had a root canal done by Dr Szczepanik today, and I can’t say enough about the good experience I had. The minute you nervously walk in to the office, you are greeted by Tracy, who is super sweet and helpful. Lisa takes you back to the exam room and asks you if you have any concerns. I let her know my fears, and she not only addressed them but passed them on to Dr., who explained everything that is going to happen and quickly puts you at ease. Most of the time, that’s our greatest fear, not knowing. They talk to you all the way through the procedure, explaining as they go, and again, are so helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Szczepanik and his staff. He truly cares about your level of comfort with the procedure, and your level of pain after the procedure. Gail D

I had a root canal on a tooth that my dentist was unable to get numb. I was happy with the work he did. The whole process took only an hour and the procedure was painless. I was most pleased with his communication - his explanations, answering all of my questions, and telling me exactly what to expect.

I always put off getting dental work done, and when I was desperate for a root canal they got me in fast, and were really good at helping with my dental anxiety, and doing the most to make me comfortable. I would Highly Recommend going here.
