I am formally disputing an alleged debt reported by Radiology Partners that has been sent to collections for services I did not receive. I have never visited the facility referenced, nor have I authorized any services from this provider. Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), I am requesting proper validation of this debt. To date, I have not been provided with sufficient documentation proving that I owe this amount. Reporting or attempting to collect on a debt that is inaccurate or unverified is a serious matter and may constitute a violation of federal law. I have no business with this company, I haven't do no radiology and I haven't been there, yet they are sending me a bill via text not even a document just with the option to pay the bill without a disclosure of what was the treatment "offered" Scammers

Shady, shady shady they keep sending me bills that my insurance company already paid. I’ve already told them my policy. I have zero Out of packet. They must think we are all idiots.

I called and asked for how much is it gonna be without insurance. the representative said 200+ without insurance. I said ok. I went did the test and PAID at the counter!!! 2 months later I got another bill for 400+??? seriously?!!
