Radiology, Inc.

Just got several text to my wifes phone saying we had a debt called the collection agency it was for 38.04 just laughed we never saw a bill for anything from Radiology inc. I cant give 0 stars. It wouldnt let me.

This organization is completely incompetent as it relates to billing. Do not expect to see any actual bills, just eventual harassment from their credit collection agency. That will be the first time you find out there’s an outstanding bill. Just like every other 1-star review they’ve received, it’s a shame companies are allowed to operate this way. The BBB should have intervened a long time ago. If they can’t handle billing do you really want them involved in your healthcare. I’ll never step foot in one of their locations again and recommend everyone avoid the aggravation.

Got a bill in the mail from an x-ray for $222 and found they had old insurance information. Filled out the back of the bill where you can provide updated insurance and mailed that back. I assumed the whole thing was taken care of, silly me. Then I receive a text this morning that I’ve been sent to collections!! Why don’t they even attempt to send a second bill?? That would have been a sign to me that they didn’t update my insurance. I called in and spoke with someone very helpful who got it updated for me and told me she would reach out to collections today. But the whole thing is an unnecessary headache.

Never received a bill from Radiology Inc. but received texts from debt collector . Attempted to call Radiology Inc and got through but left on hold without talking to anyone. Makes me wonder if Radiology Inc even has a billing department or if they send bills straight to the debt collector.

Just as many others have commented. We did not receive a bill from this company and yet a collections agency called us today. We've never had any medical debt. I spoke to the billing manager that was very rude. She said after two electronic bills have been sent they send to collections. They do not bother to call or send mail to home. I told her we didn't receive them, could have gone to junk.
