Incompetent billing and poor communication. This is the worst company we have ever had to deal with. This company has spent a year trying to bill our 13-year-old daughter directly. Despite six phone calls and the bill being fully paid by us (the parents), they continue to call our house claiming she is delinquent. We have wasted hours of our lives trying to fix their mistakes. Do yourself a favor: ask your doctor who they use for imaging. If it’s Radiology Consultants of the Midwest, go elsewhere. Maybe once physicians start losing patients, they will set higher expectations for their vendors.

We recently received a notice that our account had been sent directly to a collections agency for a bill we never received. There were no prior invoices, no past-due notices, no reminders, and no phone calls before this happened. This is especially concerning because it indicates a serious breakdown in their billing and notification process. Patients should be aware that accounts may be sent to collections without any warning or opportunity to resolve the issue first.

Believe the 1 stars reviews on their billing. We recently received a notice our bill was sent to a collections agency for a bill we never received from this office nor a notice of past due warning. I called their office twice now to refute and offer to pay them directly right away and each time they just transfered me to the collections company without even trying to work with me. The craziest thing was this had happened in the past but paid no head because maybe I overlooked the mail but now that this is happening for the second time seems to be a systemic process issue with this company. I will refuse to receive any service at a hospital that contracts with them. Their billing is absolutely awful! I received a bill for an amount of $191.14 in August. THe statement didn't even reflect what was being billed. But I assumed I was paying what was on the statement plus for my MRI, which was no where stated on the itemized statement. I paid the full amount online in August. I received another bill in September for the exact same thing on the last statement. We received the EOB for both of them in July so it should have all been on the August bill. They are the worst to get a human being. I waited on the phone hold and to chat with a person with no assistance after 30 minutes. I then Googled them and found a local phone number. They have poor reviews and I see why. I was at least able to get a human being but she just wanted to prove to me that I owed it
