Radiology

Sarah at the front desk of the radiology department was extremely rude. I had a question about the consent form I had to sign and she was very snarky. She said I had to check "yes, I allow the general public to view my information," which I didn't want to allow, and she argued with me and did not offer to take a second to explain, instead saying "i don't know why it says that, I didn't write it. Do you want me to get my manager?" Her attitude was uncalled for. I know it's hard to work in customer service but damn. Everyone else was nice...

This experience was amazing, having had many MRIs in the past, the newer machines were very large and so quiet. Nurse was AMAZING!

Rude. Slow as all hell. Don't plan on your appointment being even close to your scheduled time. Ridiculously rude when I asked how much longer I was going to have to wait. Like my time means nothing and I was wasting there time by asking. Billings clinic sucks.

Worst experience ever with any kind of medical care .. poor instruction .. don't seem to really care about patients can't seem to do anything that is actually helpful

Called several times to schedule an MRI...super long hold times, then transferred 3 times...appeared no one knew where to transfer me or knew a number I could call directly. Poor service.
