Radiology Associates Wichita

I have never been to radioage associates of Wichita falls PA before and I just got a bill from these stupid people and I'm not paying them still saying I went in May of 2025 and then two times in August of 2025 no I have not don't even know how they got my information my address to eat and be able to send me a bill for almost $1,000. They won't ever see that for me.

If I could give this organisation a zero then I would. I was supposed to receive results back within 3 days as an urgent 2 scans. One was read and the important one was not! I am still waiting for the results, despite them having been contacted twice (I’ve been waiting over 7 days now) so I can urgently move to the next step of the treatment I need. United Regional, please change your contract with this organisation, it’s incompetent at clearly most things and your patients deserve a much better quality of care! Cut them loose and find another group that is able to provide this service! Thank you.

Having the same issues as the others who have rated. You can not get a hold of anybody to fix any billing issues. It took me 6 months to get someone to answer a phone to fix a birth date issue that made the bill my problem, instead of the insurance company's problem. Then they send you letters about how you have not responded to their previous attempts to collect, even though I have called numerous times & left messages, with no call backs. I talked to the staff at the medical clinic in which I had the original tests done, & they acknowledged that is common for Radiology Associates of WF to not respond or get back to anyone. They gave me the address where I could go down to fix the issue but they were closed when I got to that office. I finally reached them in May 2025 for a billing issue

The only provider in Wichita Falls that cannot get my insurance right. Every single time I have to take extra time to deal with getting the bill paid. Extremely frustrating. And as others commented, it isn't easy getting in touch with the bill collecting agency they use. I better not end up in collections with a stain on my credit report because of their incompetence - one star only because the service portion is not lacking. Only the bill paying. Fix it, please.

Just as everyone else has commented, you cannot get ahold of anyone. I tried to pay my bill online, there was no record of it. But then got a letter from a debt collector. Nope.
