Radiology Associates Twin Lakes

From the time I walked in to leaving, everyone there was absolutely incredible. I wish I remembered everyone’s names, but the people I had caring for me were excellent and truly caring. I remember I had Chris for my MRI and also another woman and they made me feel extremely comfortable and helped me not feel nervous at all. I would like to thank them for that. Check-in at the facility was quick and easy. Called back to prep for my procedure within only a few minutes with the procedure occurring shortly thereafter. Every staff member that I encountered was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Each staff member provided their name as I was guided through each step of the highly organized process. It was a very efficient but I felt like I was more than just the next person in line. Great facility and staff!

I cannot express enough my gratitude to Radiology Associates Twin Lakes for the exceptional care given to me today during a biopsy. As you can imagine, my stress level was very high. Every single person involved in the procedure went out of their way to be sure I was comfortable and kept informed before the procedure, step-by-step throughout the procedure and afterward. Quick Service. Respectful and knowledgeable and ready for you as soon as you tell them your name. No one disapoints and explains everything in detail from beginning to end of procedure and answers every question you may still have. I was very pleased with everyone and how my testing went.

Radiology Associates is wonderful. The staff is so caring and always friendly and professional. I have been to Twin Lakes, Port Orange, and Deltona and they are all stellar. I have recommended them to friends and family because their service is so exceptional. Its places like this that assure you there are still great people out there that put the "care" in healthcare! And to boot, they are very speedy about getting your results into your portal and to your doctors.
