I strongly advise avoiding this facility if you have any other option. My experience was outrageous, disorganized, and ultimately unsafe. 1. Repeated insurance and demographic errors I proactively called the clinic three separate times to update my insurance and confirm my address and phone number. Each call took 10–15 minutes, and each time I was told the information had been updated. In total, I spent about 45 minutes doing their administrative work for them. Despite this, two days before my appointment, the clinic called me stating they still needed my information because it “was not in their database.” I had to provide the same details again, spending another 15 minutes. Great doctors, horrible front desk staff. I called up there to make an appointment and the attitude they had with me was beyond unprofessional. They went as far as to hang up on me. I will be going to a different location from now on.

I was not informed that I have to be on empty stomach for the test. I traveled all the way only to return without having the test done. They were so casual about it. It was frustrating.

I have been here a few times. Friendly staff and in and out in a reasonable time. It helps to pre register.

The front desk staff definitely needs attitude adjustment, just plain rude…. People go in with with anxiety not knowing the outcome of their testing they don’t need to be greeted by staff that doesn’t want to be there or dislikes their job… On another note the staff in the back is very kind, caring and amazing…
