Sent my $15 co-pay bill to a debt collector rather than sending it to me. The debt collector can't collect payment online because my name is associated with the wrong email address in their system. It's a data nightmare.

Seems like a common occurrence- I never received a bill from Radiology, just a call from debt collectors AT MY WORK. Complete lack of competence on their part to timely send bills.

Avoid- Weak data security - they let my data get stolen - whoops! So weak… also, just look at the other reviews, they have no respect. If you are a customer of theirs, you probably received a letter stating that your data was stolen; full name, date of birth, SSN, medical information and insurance information They offer 12 mo credit monitoring services in exchange for weak security, weak offer. Insufficient by a long way. Our data is prob on the dark web now, forever. I’m going to keep adding to this comment until management calls me back.

No clue who these people are yet we received a letter regarding a data breach. "Kind of" addressed to my husband but threw in additional names and initials as part of his name which make no sense. No way other than calling, which I'm sure would be waste of time, to find out how they got his "kind of" name and address. How could they get information breached if we've never gone there?

Adding mine to a list of complaints of sending to collections without sending a statement or notification. What a crappy, lazy practice. There are so many bills from different agencies when a procedure happens, including co-pays and co-insurance, and then you get multiple bills. It’s hard to keep it all straight. Even if it’s on me, as in, I thought it was paid but it wasn’t, it’s easy for a medical bill to fall through the cracks. A little grace and an actual notice would be appreciated before sending to collections. If I’m remembering this one correctly, I went online after receiving the bill, and it said my balance was paid so I shredded it. They said they sent two statements and called me (no record of a call) before sending to collections.
