Radiology Associates of Hartford - Rocky Hill

I was able to secure an exam very quickly on my schedule. I arrived at 10:30 for a 10:50 am appointment and they took me in right away. The technician was named “Armani” or something like that. It was wonderful to work with him. He was polite, efficient, and respectful. We were able to chat during the procedure, which made it go by very quickly. I received the results later that day. in the future I will choose this company.

5 Star Experience! Had a shoulder MRI done - very courteous staff - got me in and out in less than an hour!! Clean facility. Definitely recommend having procedures at this location!

Went in for an MRI and was in and out within an hour. Everyone was very friendly, very professional, and extremely helpful.

The receptionist hung up on me twice after asking for a shadowing opportunity at the office, instead of just saying they didn’t have anything. Very rude receptionist, not pleased with the experience whatsoever.

I can’t recommend this location enough. After visiting 2 other locations and having bad experiences, I chose to drive 40 minutes to Rocky Hill. TOTALLY WORTH IT!! Anna was my mammogram tech and made me feel completely at ease and comfortable through the whole process. She was gentle and kind, I couldn’t have had a better experience. I believe Jenna was my cat scan tech and she was just as wonderful, patient and kind. I felt completely comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. The gal at the front desk was lovely and kind as well and even the artwork in the hallways was calming. I just can’t give them enough compliments, an absolutely fantastic experience.
