Radiology Associates of Brooklyn

They closed/moved without notice and took all my records.They moved from the Bedford location, which I chose because they offered Sunday appointments initially and then didn't. They charged me $25 to mail me my records. This is an illegal practice, and they're getting over on patients they should be serving. It should not be the patients' problem if they move and don't have the resources to handle their paperwork to give patients their records as required by law. If they were a decent practice, they would mail the records without us having to ask them to, as other practices have done for me in the past. They don't answer their phones either. I had to call repeatedly before they answered. I held for 5 minutes at a time, all extensions, and then was disconnected. They said their phone line

Honestly I don't know what you did with the hard edge aggressive staff you had before. Everyone with no exception was extremely nice and helpful . From previous experience I went there prepare for war. They disarmed me . Thank You ,made a very stressful situation almost pleasant.

I had an MRI done today at the radiology department, and I am truly impressed with the professionalism and care provided by the staff. From the moment I scheduled the appointment to the completion of the procedure, everything was seamless and well-organized. I would like to give a special thanks to Yelda. Her kindness, attentiveness, and ability to answer all my questions made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt at ease, and I deeply appreciate her support. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and dedication to patient care. This has to be the most unprofessional practice I ever spoke to. Called to schedule an appointment for an MRI and got a rude receptionist. This is for my elderly father and would definitely not want someone treating him the the way they treated me. I asked to speak to a manager and seemed like she was the same way.
