Radiology Associates At Tealbrook

My doctor sent over a referral for me to Radiology Associates. They have not called me in regards to setting up an appointment, so I tried calling them. I've made several attempts to talk with someone on the phone, however nobody will answer. There is no option to leave a message either. In my first many attempts to reach a person, their message said that you can call up until 4:30pm. Now the message has changed to only 3:30pm. That's an hour before the business even closes.

Got a call to come in early. Got checked in by front lady. But she didn’t let the assistant behind the desk that I was here. I waited an hour. Went to the front desk and spoke with Sarah I asked how long it was going to be. She said she didn’t know I was here. And then said I was next. I’m in after 2 more people walked into to the building. I asked Sarah does this office call for appointment time change she said they have many offices in here and she’s not sure where it came from. ************************************ if you tell someone to come early there needs to be some kind of list for the ladies behind the desk so they know the early appointments that are made by another area because the ladies at the front desk where not aware. I observed the checkin lady pick her teeth, cough twice into her hand before handling my medical cards, which I promptly sanitized! The technician was excellent, best mammogram and bone density ever!

Generally everyone is polite and professional. The first person who checked me in had no concerns about announcing my name and dob aloud in the waiting area. She was not polite or courteous.

Very professional staff and very efficient. They get people in and out very quickly. Every experience I've had here was pleasant.
