Worst company ever! Sent me to collections for a bill that was never submitted to my insurance company. After asking for an itemized statement, the bill was submitted to Aetna. Problem is... I've NEVER been insured with Aetna in my entire life. Did they just spin a wheel and file with any insurance company??

This company is horrible. I NEVER received a single bill but got sent to collections. I got a phone call that I could hardly understand saying I owed $928 and could provide my credit card to pay it off over the phone. I was afraid it was a scam so I asked they send me a bill which they said they would. They said there was a “flag” on my address so I verified the correct one. Never received the bill. A month later got a statement from collections w an itemized report of the charges. Obviously they had my address but for whatever reason never sent me a bill. Very frustrating!!

They just make up bills with different account numbers and send you to collections. I’ve sent them money for the first bill months ago and they took forever to process it. Cannot find another or later bill or detailed accounting anywhere to justify the additional billing.

If I could give a negative review I would. Just got a bill from a collections agency from January of 2016, saying they attempted to get a hold of me but didn't have a recent address or phone number. Not even the information that the hospital had. BUT the collections agency had the correct information, and sent me a bill 2 YEARS LATER!!! I even got and paid a bill from a couple months after said bill, and NO ONE even said anything. For someone who works in billing and collections, you guys are beyond unethical and unprofessional.

Billing issues as well. Don't have a record of my check which has been cashed. Received phone call threatening the bill going into collections (barely understandable automated call we almost deleted off the answering machine). It's not yet 30 days since the date on the bill - yes I know it says due immediately. barely overdue (if I hadn't paid it) and it was only $7.01 - so how about asking about it nicely before being so threatening.
