Radiant Brows and Beauty Bar

Very unprofessional; Andrea attempted to send me home with an unfinished tattoo (half of my lips done) due to having neck issues and I refused. She did not care how an unfinished tattoo would make her client feel and shamed me for wanting a complete service. She was incredibly rude to me despite my best efforts to work around these issues, stating I should just "wear lipstick" over the half-finished tattoo -- effectively defeating the entire purpose of my visit... In 17 years of getting tattooed Ive never been so appalled by an artist's behavior. I absolutely do not recommend her services.

Andrea is so good, the eyeliner has 2 years and still going and any time I get a massage she is the best around I've tried several others and she's the best! Highly recommended!!!
