Of all the PTs I’ve seen, Rachel takes the cake for warmth and effectiveness. We’ve tackled nerve impingements, acute injuries, and repetitive stress injuries. The manual work she does during in-person sessions brings immediate relief; the homework she assigns is manageable and ensures that what’s fixed stays fixed and what’s broken gets better. When I met Rachel I could not straighten my arm or raise it above shoulder height. I just wanted to do basic life things without pain. Today I’m back in yoga and ballet–activities I thought I’d never be able to do again. I highly recommend her.
