Subject: Serious Complaint About Rude Cashier at Brighton Pharmacy Dear Manager, I am writing to express my deep disappointment after a very unpleasant experience at your Brighton pharmacy today. My family and I have been regular customers for a long time, but the cashier’s behavior today was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I asked about the price of tissues, I politely mentioned that they seemed overpriced compared to Target or other stores. The cashier responded rudely and said, “I don’t care, go to Target then.” Such a response is extremely disrespectful to any customer. I recently visited Rabinowitz Pharmacy and was impressed with their great service and excellent selection of products. Marina, one of the managers, went above and beyond to help me by personally finding and gathering the items on my shopping list throughout the store. I have been coming to this pharmacy for over a year now whenever I need to purchase medications, and I am always satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend this pharmacy and its friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I wanted to share my review about Rabinowitz Pharmacy. I’m a costumer for many years and never been disappointed with the staff or the service. Everyone is always super friendly and ready to help. It doesn’t matter if it’s the store purchase or the RX related requests. Many times when my medication wasn’t covered by insurance, the pharmacist or the pharmacy technician took time to explain this to me, made calls to my insurance company to check and get the answer why. They would have a patience to call my doctors if RX needed to be changed to other medications that insurance pays for. I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone. Thank you all who works there and helping us to stay healthy.

I had to use this pharmacy again since others around don’t carry my meds. They’re okay. It’s honestly unorganized. Everytime I come to get my prescription it takes forever, like I have to come multiple days. Refills ordered earlier and it said I couldn’t which is fine. However, when I get there it’s not ready or I get parts of it. . Old review Every time I come here they never have my meds. Its hours after my doctor sent them and I have to pick them up late at night. I always just accepted it. I had medication sent to this pharmacy that I needed urgently. The rest of the team is very approachable as well. I have been a customer of this farmacy for more than 20 years, and I recommend it to everyone.
