Charlie is the only place I will go to for prescriptions. He knows what shouldn’t be taken together and informs you of best way to take it. On several occasions, he was sent a prescription by a doctor and knew we wouldn’t make it on time, or my parents who couldn’t drive, dropped it off on his way home. Pay me next time you’re in. You will never get that at cvs or Walgreens

“Insurance doesn’t normally cover it so I’m not even going to try” that’s what he told us. So now i have to submit the receipt and have my insurance company reimburse me. Guess what, they covered it. This guy is so inconvenient but he’s the closest compounding pharmacy so when CVS across the street doesn’t have something you have to go to him. Forget it man, I’m just gonna travel to another store. Also being told to wait and then being asked to move so a regular customer can be helped first then helping me immediately after was so rude. This isn’t my first time dealing with this place but it definitely will be my last. Oh, if you need a notary definitely skip this place he’ll give you such an attitude you’ll wonder why he’s even s notary to begin with.

So rude! And completely uncalled for. I explained right at the beginning, the purpose of my call was for guidance & information due to a recent change of insurance. The change required another resource since my current pharmacy was overpriced for the only medication I need. Just after a couple of questions, the man flat out said that “it was a waste of his time.” Seriously. Who needs that? I said that I’d find another pharmacy to go to. I suggest that you GO TO UNITY Pharmacy in East Islip instead if you can. The tech there was so nice & pleasant. They answered my few questions without any hesitation.

Yeah will it hasn't been easy these past couple of years
