I have been a patient at this practice since I was 16, and unfortunately, I often felt disrespected by the front desk staff throughout my treatment. Scheduling appointments was rarely straightforward, and instead of being supported, I was met with dismissive comments that made me feel undervalued as a patient. For example, when asking a simple question about a parent signature for payment while ending treatment (since my mother was still financially responsible), I was told “you’re 21” in a dismissive way rather than receiving a clear response. Even as a teenager, my sister and I experienced rude remarks about our mother bringing us to appointments. Their behavior often made me not even want to come to appointments as a teen, simply to avoid having to interact with the front desk. These re

This place is trash. From having the instruments full of rust and using them on patients to having Drs who don’t know how to fill in a teeth properly. I am now suffering of molar pain due to an improperly deep filling. My molar is now fractured. Once the procedure was done I expressed myself and told him that my teeth didn’t feel right, when i bite down it didn’t feel right. He proceeded to “fix it” and again i told him this doesn’t feel right. He went on and got an attitude and told me there is nothing else he can do, it will wear off. That’s exactly right, it wore off to the point where my molar is fractured! According to the specialist the deep filling in wasn’t done correctly and carefully.

These dentists are pretty professional and to the point. I still have my braces, but if I was looking to get them done, I’d still go here

0 stars , My daughter is 1 year old , The dental assistants told me no parents are allowed to go back with the child ?? makes 0 sense to me.
