I came across Dr. Deepa's dental practice through through a flyer I received in the mail. I hadn't visited a dentist in close to 2 years, and part of that was due to the duration in the quality of service of the previous dental practice I went to. I'm happy to say that after visiting Dr. Deepa, it's great to have quality dental care that really cares for the patient and is attentive and interactive to address all questions and concerns. It was really lovely to interact with each and every member of their staff. From the seamless and easy check-in process, to going through the process of getting x-rays done and my teeth cleaning. The last practice I went to made it feel like I was just another body they needed to get in and out so they could get as many patients seen in the day as opposed

I found Smiles of Hyattsville – Dr. Deepa S., DMD on Google and I’m really glad I did. From the moment you walk in, the customer service is warm, welcoming, and professional. The staff has great people skills and makes you feel comfortable right away. The team are very pleasant and gentle during treatment, which I truly appreciate. They also take the time to explain everything in detail so you understand what’s going on and what to expect. Every visit has been a pleasant experience for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dental office that is both caring and professional.

I can’t say enough great things about this location. The front desk Juana and the staff are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and very thorough. The assistants are patient and kind as well and give all the details you’d want to hear as a patient. Dr. Deepa herself is so personable and you immediately feel you’re in good care. I was very overdue for a cleaning and she herself took great care of me and was very gentle and thorough. I feel very optimistic about the treatment plan she designed to address some of my issues and I feel confident in the Invisalign journey I’ll be starting under her care. Thank you all!

This office respects their patients' time. My appointment was at 10:00am, I was in the chair at 10:01am, cleaned then on my way. Great job!
