R & R Time

I am a retired massage instructor and therapist who has received hundreds of massages from students and licensed therapists over the last 20 years. I recently overdid it at the gym and strained 4 major muscle groups in my shoulder and back. Penni's massage was the best massage I've ever had in my long life. I asked her to stretch and focus on my traps, rhomboids, lats, and QLs. Her massage was perfectly focused on all I needed. She taught me so many active assisted stretches and her pressure was just right during the massage. Her touch is healing ... better than any medicine. When we're older we don't bounce back from injuries quite as fast as when we were young. Hot towels were amazing addition, also. I walked out feeling 90% better.
