I was highly recommended here by a close friend and I am so glad I finally found a Dr who actually cares for their patients. Ever since I came here I have been getting the care I needed. Dr Betancourt listened to everything I had to say concerning my health and he immediately did what he needed to to get me started on the right medication. I have also seen other PAs everyone there is great very caring and welcoming and understanding. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

We dealt with Dr. Betancourt. He is/was excellent. But the staff screwed up so much we had to find another clinic in the valley. If you're prepared to spend hours on the phone with your insurance provider to correct their billing errors, go for it. The doctors are great, the staff, not so much.

Dr. Bentacourt provided me with excellent care and was very knowledgeable in my annual check up. But the front desk staff and billing department here are entirely unprofessional. Charged me $80 for a follow up visit and billed my insurance also. When I got my bill from the insurance they said it was only $64 I was supposed to pay. Front desk said they can’t give me a refund and just kept my money. A total scam. When I call again to ask for a refund they sent a letter to drop me as a patient. I called to get my lab reports from them, and they said they can not give out my own lab results to me unless I pay them for an office visit. I said I just need the results on paper and they said I have to pay them for a full visit cost to get my papers. Totally illegal.

Was patient for over a year with numerous times waiting over an hour just for blood work. THE ONE time I'm 7 minutes late, they tell me I "can't be seen" because I was late. If you know the area, the parking lot gets FULL and you end up walking 5-10 minutes away, and then the time it took just to park. They're okay making YOU wait over an hour as a patient, but the second you make them "wait", they'll drop you.

Dr. Betancourt is nice and seems knowledgeable. However, during multiple annual check-ups, he performed services such as ordering testing, writing prescriptions, or making referrals without informing me that the services may not be covered by insurance. Even though my insurance covers preventative visits 100%, I received an unexpected out-of-pocket bill from the clinic ranging from $50 to $100 every time I visited Dr. Betancourt for my annual check-ups. Even if you are perfectly healthy, they will order a full battery of blood and urine tests every year, which are typically not covered by most insurance providers until the deductible has been met. They will not ask you whether or not you would like these services, so you must proactively refuse when they direct you to provide samples.
