Worse urgent care I've been to yet. $200 with out checking deductible status but I can come back for a refund, what a joke. They arnt open on time so I'm standing outside with my sick 7 year old. All this and it's just a tummy ache ok send scrip to walgreens. 4 hours later they haven't returned the pharmacy phone call so script still isn't filled. Bought over the counter.. floors in the patient rooms are gross and falling apart. Would rather take my kid to the UC health across the street. Same price way better office and service.

Worst place ever. Beginning April both my daughter and I had to be seen. They force $200 upfront even if not what will be charged they owe me over $200 refund and as requesed sent the refund request twice now by email with zero response from anyone and still no refund! Total crooks!!! Also tried calling multiple times no answer and they hang up!!!

QWIK? Almost 5 hours wait period for a Covid "Rapid" Test. Come on now 2 hours waiting in a car then 3 hours inside a square room. Then they have the audacity to send a letter stating that we are barred from ever visiting their locations. We have an autistic child that is 4 years old locked up in a room for 3 hours. We repeatedly asked why the Rapid test was taking so long. They kept giving us the "your next"treatment. We never cussed nor treated anyone rudely we simply asked and this is their response. Names blacked out for privacy.

I tried to be seen on a Friday. I checked Google before I came (they're website was down so couldn't check that) said they're open till 8 pm. We hop in the car and arrive at 7:45 pm. I am in the process of lupus testing, so I'm moving real slow. We didn't even get to the door and were turned away, "we're not taking any more patients today". There is no information I could find posted regarding when they stop seeing patients for the day. I know we were arriving shortly before close, but I wouldn't have even bothered if this information was posted. Why be open till 8 pm if you stop seeing patients whenever (still don't actually know when they stop taking patients for the day)? I won't be back.

My family has been sick and thought we had strep throat and my husband went to get tested and they said they would call if something came back positive, we all got worse and we called them they said he test positive for something but couldn’t tell him what he had and then they finally told us after calling again and said he has strep and we all could have been better if they would have just done their jobs and called us. We could have all been on medication and better by now. Great job guys!
