Quik Care Urgent Care Dr. Councill Rudolph

I was referred to see Dr. Rudolph by a friend who thought he would be able to provide the type of care I needed. The first appointment went very well, I felt he really listened to what was wrong and was genuinely concerned and wanted to help. I have a rare bone disease that most doctors aren’t comfortable treating because they aren’t familiar with it. He asked questions and I thought “This is great, someone is finally listening to me.” He ordered an MRI and although it was not ordered for the places my pain is most severe on my body I just ignorantly did what I was told. He wrote me a TON of meds to get by two weeks until my follow up. The morning of my follow up I was called to come in early. This is a one hour drive for me so I left and got there ASAP. This place is awesome! Both doctors really care about their patients. They dont charge you a arm and a leg just to see them. They sit you down and discuss what's going on with you and dont care to break it down to where people can understand, then you agree on a plan of action. They have the best doctors because they tell you the hard truth then have real compassion for their patients. I am a patient there and I do not even get pain medications. He is like a pcp yo me.

I love Dr Rudolph he took care of us you took care of my mom and me and he never treated anybody different he loved everybody and made sure they were taken care of

This place is a joke. They won't send medical records to your new doctor. They won't even let you get a copy of it. That's why another doctor won't take you after you go here. I worked here and he still hasn't gave me my w2. Has a business and a professional he does not care about anyone but money. He will discharge a patient for nothing or if the staff don't like them. He will discharge them. This place is nothing but a pill mill. They got a hyperbaric chamber that no one is qualified to run. He hasn't even took classes on it.

I have been trying to call this place all day and they will not answer the phone. I had a very important question that needed to be answered because I have a limited time on filling these papers out and sending them back but they will not answer the phone come on guys that's your job You work at a doctor's office I know some of the calls maybe out there or aggravating because they won't understand or pay attention to what you're saying but that's your job again you work at a doctor's office. All calls aren't going to be irritating or aggravating if you can't stand crazy phone calls or aggravating phone calls then you need to find another job. I wanted to make sure this person was going to be there, because I'm driving over 2 hours away to come there with a few lines to be filled out on som
