Family Urgent Care

Let me begin with , my family had been attending this clinic for nearly three years as a primary care provider . Up to this point , we’ve had zero issues . HOWEVER , that all changed this week . We had new insurance pick up this month and when my husband went for his monthly visit as usual , they took said insurance info (I had already called prior and got a pre authorization from insurance for this treatment /visit). He went in Monday morning at 8am , by 1 pm they still had not sent in his rx or so we thought . The pharmacy then said they need an authorization form filled out and faxed from the clinic . The clinic obliged by afternoon on Tuesday . Then insurance said they required a little more info to proceed which would include a short 5-10 min . “Peer to peer” phone call with the prov

My family has received wonderful care at this clinic. We've been here multiple times. The staff is friendly. The place is clean and the doctors are knowledgeable. This is our go to.

This clinic has been good to my husband in the past. They have done his physicals for his CDL for a few years but have also treated him for any illnesses and took care of meds and routine blood work. He was diagnosed with cancer through an admission to Vanderbilt emergency room. After release from there, we called the clinic to do a follow up and for a physician to sign for him to get his Aflac started. I sent over the summary from Vanderbilt the day before so they could see all of his diagnosis. They let us come in for a visit, pay the co-pay, and of course charge our insurance for a visit, all that to say "we don't have an actual physician here do we wouldn't be the best place to be your PCP". That could have been said on the phone and wouldn't have costed us the co-pay or my insurance f

I have been to Family Urgent Care 6 times now and every time I am seen without much of a wait and they are always so kind and professional. They are conveniently located, right next to Hardee’s. They take appts and walk ins.

Carol Ann (my absolute fav) always has a smile on her face, Courtney, and Izzy are amazing! So friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcome. Everyone I've dealt with here has been this way. They work with our crazy schedules and are usually able to get us in on short notice. They listen and care.
