QUICKmed Urgent Care

My son was super sick, needed urgent care since pcp was full. Took him there because gps said it was the closest. We were in super fast, BUT the guy nurse who roomed us, was rushing us, I didnt hear half of what he was saying.. they stabbed my son.. the NP came in, very nice but said okay let me check swabs and we will see.. then nurse came back in and said okay have a nice day. Never got a diagnosis.. she said his ear that was hurting, looked angry and nothing was communicated to me. He walked us out and I stopped at the front desk and said if she sending meds in, they said yes. I go to the pharmacy she sent him over the counter zyrtec... insurance didnt even cover it... I called them back, asked what he was diagnosed with.. they couldn't answer me, says there was fluid built up but didnt

Very clean, not a long wait, receptionist was very polite and helpful yo my questions. Doctor was super. So nice and gave me advice on other options for my illness. Definitely keeping them as my urgent needs.

I received prompt care at this facility, and the staff were welcoming, attentive, personable, thorough, and amazing. They definitely exceeded my expectations. I felt crappy walking in but left with a smile on my face. Thank you to all the staff yesterday, and today for taking good care of my loved ones because they both came in sick. You all did such a great job, and knowing you all care about your patients, and work your hardest to help them, is always appreciated. They were in and out with no issues. Thank you all!

Stopped here with my elderly mother and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and very quick. My mom loved the Christmas tree and how clean it was. We will make sure to return again!
